REFUND POLICY
Customers are deemed to have read the meal/dry product description before purchase. No refund will be provided for cancelled orders or should the meals are deemed not suitable for their babies after purchase.
Customers may inform Biteybitz for meal customisation requirements to suit their baby's dietary needs at least 48 hours prior to delivery subject to our confirmation / ability to do so.Â
We will not collect rejected meals already delivered to customers and will not be able to entertain any requests for partial refund.
