SHIPPING POLICY

We will schedule your order according to your selected day based on next available slot. Preorder closes a day before delivery day at 12pm unless otherwise updated on our social media platforms. Biteybitz reserves the right to reschedule your delivery to the next available slot should your selected slot / day is not available for reasons not necessarily specified by us. 

Our delivery is from 8.30am till 5pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays and is charged at a flat fee of $10 to all locations except Sentosa and Tuas. 

Estimated delivery time of arrival will be updated to customers a day before delivery. However, this is subjected to weather and traffic conditions on actual day.

There is currently no express delivery option available.

Biteybitz reserves the right to not entertain any requests for specific delivery timing.

Any shipping address change should be notified at least 24 hours before delivery.
